Wonderful service, a spacious apartment, an excellent shower, and an exceptional breakfast—everything was great! The only downside was not having enough time to enjoy all the hotel facilities like the gym and pool.

The room was clean. I booked a package that included dinner, but it wasn’t listed and I had to pay R$279 at the restaurant for bad food.

Good location and value. The room smelled bad and the air conditioner was noisy.

I found the breakfast a bit late, especially since 70% of guests would be in a contest and needed to leave early. The pool was somewhat dirty and needed attention; it had slime on the tiles and the surrounding protective panels felt a bit claustrophobic. They could be glass to allow a view of the scenery. The pool also has a metal structure and apparently electrical equipment for wheelchair accessibility inside the water. That (metal + electrical equipment) in the water, besides being a trambolhão, made me feel unsafe due to the risk of shock. Accessibility is important, but they could consider a safer and less invasive mechanism.

Nada.
