The front‑desk lady, Ms. Lesya, was very pleasant and resolved all our issues quickly; laundry was available at no extra cost, and the room had a cozy interior. I was surprised that a private shower didn’t mean a private toilet – we needed a room with full amenities. When we arrived, the room only had a shower and sink, and the toilet was shared. The shower was just a curtain‑lined stall, so I had to undress in front of my partner and all the steam stayed in the room. Also, there were no hooks in the room and a one‑centimetre gap between the door and the frame.

I highly recommend this place! Important note: this is not just a restaurant and bar as listed on Maps, but a top-notch hotel with excellent rooms! In 5 months in Ukraine, I’ve stayed at over 14 hotels — from luxury to budget ones — and this place is absolutely the best of all. Exceptional service, a magnificent and welcoming structure, amazing food, and maximum comfort. The staff and owner do everything to make you feel right at home. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Chernivtsi!. There was nothing I didn't like

The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to the train station and the historic part of the city. However, the mattress was too firm, the bedding had stains, and there was no toilet in the room.
