“Sketchy place and sketchy people just hanging out drug deals everywhere”
There wasn’t much to say positively, and there was a lot to say negatively.

There was nothing notable about the staff—they had no personality. In the parking lot people were loitering, and a car next to mine was involved in a hand‑to‑hand drug deal; police later arrived and escorted someone out of the hotel. The bathrooms were awful: the tub/shower was peeling and had low water pressure, there was no shampoo, only one bar of soap, the TV was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, and the floor was sticky.

The location was good and the staff were friendly; the AC worked well. However, there were stains on the sheets, no blanket on the bed, a very bad smell in the hallway, and the bed was very hard.

Dear News Team, I am reaching out because my family is dealing with an urgent situation at the Super Inn motel near 51st Street and I-35 in Oklahoma City, and I believe this is something Oklahoma families and consumers need to know about. My mother-in-law, my wife, and I have been residing at the motel for several weeks. Until this situation occurred, everything appeared to be going smoothly. We have consistently stayed current on our payments and, in many instances, have paid ahead for our room. Last night, while we were in bed, I suddenly felt something crawling on me. I turned on the lights, and to my shock, I discovered what appeared to be bedbugs in the room. I immediately began taking pictures and videos documenting what we found and reported the situation to the office manager, Katrix. I expected the motel management to take the situation seriously and work with us to resolve it. Instead, after initially indicating that they would help, we were told this morning that we had to leave the motel today and remove all of our belongings. That has left us in an extremely difficult position. Our belongings have potentially been exposed to bedbugs. We cannot simply pack everything up and carry it into another motel or, eventually, our home without knowing whether we are spreading an infestation to our children, our neighborhood, or other people. We are asking for reasonable assistance in disinfecting, treating, or replacing belongings that may have been contaminated. We are not looking for an argument. We are not trying to cause trouble. We simply want this situation handled responsibly and fairly. There are also other concerns I witnessed during our stay involving the motel’s advertised pricing. The property advertises rooms for $40 per night, yet after we reserved and stayed, our card was charged amounts that appeared inconsistent, including charges of $67 and $37 on different occasions.
