The front desk and maintenance staff were helpful and efficient. The peace and the bed were nice. Breakfast service only operated during high season and that wasn’t mentioned in the reservation.

The shower didn’t have enough hot water; during the bath the water started to get cold. We thought it was a problem with the first cabin we stayed in, but even after switching cabins the water issue remained. We chose the cabin mainly because of the coffee shown in the booking photos, but during low season they cancelled breakfast and refunded us. Without breakfast, the hotel really has little appeal. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach the cabin and there’s no TV in the room.

The surroundings and overall decoration were good. I stayed in one of the smaller cabins in winter. It was expensive to heat the room because the air was very high and the heat didn’t come down. The people sleeping below were suffocating from heat while the one below them was cold.
