The staff were friendly, the room was clean with fresh linens, the coffee was good, and the location was convenient; however, the shower didn’t heat properly when mixing hot and cold water, forcing me to take a lukewarm to cold shower with little water; the noise from guests arriving and leaving at night was constant; and the pillow was covered in synthetic leather, making it very hard.

The staff were excellent, but the pillows were old and lacked consistency; there were no face towels or bath exit mats, and there was no bidet.
