The staff were very attentive and helpful, but the rooms had very little lighting and the bathroom smelled strongly of drainage, though the odor didn’t spread into the room.

The facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all excellent, yet when I arrived the front desk said my reservation wasn’t there; after showing them my booking number and PIN they resolved it immediately.
