It’s in a good location, only 3 minutes from East Ridge downtown stores and restaurants and only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. There were a few spots on the couch furniture that we didn’t want to touch. The drawers in the main bedroom TV stand wouldn’t stay closed and kept having to push them in to walk past that area.

I liked the renovations; breakfast was decent, neatly put with lots of options. Stains on the pull‑out couch, and it was not made up so I had to add the sheets. The room didn’t come with enough towels and cloths even though I was asked how many people in the room. The parking lot needs to be paved; there are lots of holes.

The suite we stayed in had a strong mildew smell, and the event over the sink appeared to have black mold on it, even though the hotel is close to the freeway.

The room was clean and comfortable. The reception persons were not very helpful. The reception desk was usually Empty and the call phone was left ringing many times for a long time before someone came to help us and other customers. There was a daily problem with keeping our room keys working because of issues with our stay dates being changed in your system. This meant long periods of waiting for the front desk persons to come to the front desk and then they had to reset our keys
