The room looked nice at first glance, but the sheets hadn’t been changed and cockroaches were visible under the beds. The staff swapped the sheets when asked, but the duvet cover, visibly dirty, was not changed. Breakfast was mainly Indonesian/Asian buffet, not intercontinental.

The staff were friendly, yet the room arrived very dirty with filthy floors and soiled bed sheets; after we requested a re-cleaning, they finally cleaned it, but we had asked for a non‑smoking room and the bathroom still had a strong cigarette smell, leaving us disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition.
