Quiet location, with good parking. On arrival we were told the family room we had booked was not available (I think they double-booked the room). They had put us in another room and put in extra beds, which was fine, but a little cramped. The aircon was poor, not cooling the room even after 1 hour. There was no hot water, so we had to have cold showers, and the switch to change shower heads was broken off, so shower heads could not be changed. The balcony was very dirty, basically unusable. The corridor outside the room was also really dirty. Our breakfast order made the afternoon before was incorrect when delivered

The hotel sits in a great spot in town with many shops nearby and a large parking lot right behind it. It’s a three‑story building with an elevator, and everything looks newly renovated. The shower had a few problems, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about. We didn’t use the breakfast.
