From check‑in to check‑out everything was perfect, though the staff didn’t speak enough English and had to use digital translators, which made communication easier. They called us to book restaurants and were charming. Still, it would be better if the front‑desk staff had a basic grasp of English, especially since this is our third stay at the hotel.

I was really impressed with the size of the room, it was massive, and the meal I had there was incredible. The only thing that let it down was the noise from the street outside, but it wasn't too bad.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their helpfulness and courtesy were truly impressive, and we appreciated the extra touches they added to our stay.
