The location was very convenient, just a few metres from the fantastic Santa Maria Maggiore Church and close to the train station. Everything was very clean, and we could leave our luggage after check‑out – a big thank you for that. Communication with the host was easy and good.

Our stay at B&B L'Esquilina in Rome was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and professional. What impressed us most was that they contacted us the day before our arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly and to coordinate our check‑in. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued as guests even before we arrived. When we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome. The room was beautiful, cozy, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. All the amenities and services made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is another fantastic advantage! The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Roma Termini station, making it very simple to reach upon arrival. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring Rome, with convenient access to public transportation, major attractions, restaurants, and other places of interest. Getting around the city from here was incredibly easy and convenient. We were especially grateful that the hosts kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them, giving us the freedom to explore Rome comfortably and without any worries. Traveling as a mother and daughter, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to us, and we felt completely safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. It is clear that they genuinely care about their guests and put their hearts into making everyone feel at home. Every thoughtful detail contributed to making our experience truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend B&B L'Esquilina to anyone visiting Rome! Check‑in information was clear, the welcome friendly, and Andrea went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Nothing negative – everything was perfect!

The location is convenient, the room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the host is polite, and the breakfast is normal. The bathroom needs a small renovation; water from the bathtub was leaking outside because of the small window it had. A common issue in Italy.
