“Beautiful place and lovely people”

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my holiday in Málaga! The two lovely ladies who live there are genuinely some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make my holiday special, treating me with such warmth, kindness and hospitality. I truly felt welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, beautifully situated up in the hills, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, with excellent facilities and a wonderful swimming pool right in the garden. Everything about my experience was exceptional, but what made it truly unforgettable was the kindness and generosity of my hosts. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Absolutely wonderful hosts, a beautiful apartment and an unforgettable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Málaga! Thank you both for making my holiday so special!

It’s clean, the neighborhood is quiet and the staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful to me. The location was a nightmare to me. First of all the address on Booking it’s not updated, I had no messages, no phone number to contact anyone, no internet on my phone and absolutely no way to find the property; luckily and by chance I entered Martin Real Estate and Mr Martin and his secretary Eva used their business phones, cellphones and computers to help me find that address, finally after some time searching the internet Mr Martin, was able to contact the owner and the owner’s sister, tand took me in his own vehicle to the location in an amazing act of kindness. It was raining, I had no clue about my whereabouts so even if I had gotten a taxi I couldn’t have reached that place because I couldn’t have given him/her any instructions about the right address. It was a chaotic and challenging experience, but once I got there I felt fine, safe and comforted with all the attentions the Owner’s sister gave me. She was a very nice, honest, caring, generous and considerate lady. I want to make it clear that I have no complains about the stay and the way I was treated

“Saddened my holiday.”

The building complex is okay. There is no air conditioning, the ventilation chandelier didn’t work, the TV is broken, and although the rental price lists a “washing machine” as included, the host charges extra for it—dishonest. The host lives on the property, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere on the profile, and she demands a cash deposit without receipts. She kept me waiting at the gate for 15 minutes and refused to speak English. The host often sat in the living room, making it uncomfortable to move to the kitchen or terrace, and her attitude toward guests’ money seemed disrespectful.

The host is extremely attentive, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the stay, and you can use the balcony and pool.
