The location was good, it was in nature, and it was the closest to Takano city. I had to cook for myself; the tray was too narrow. It felt more like glamping than a hotel.

The spot is great, the onsen is solid, and the food tops the list.

It’s a shame you can’t dine or have breakfast unless you book ahead; that’s a bit disappointing.

The staff are very welcoming, you can buy food on site or dine at the restaurant, and the lodge has a Japanese style.
