A quiet room in a green setting, close to the river. To access the toilets and showers, you have to walk more than 100 m, which is very inconvenient at night when there is no reception. An envelope was waiting for us at the reception, from the establishment!

“Verder prima verblijf. We waren op doorreis.”

I took care of breakfast myself. The house was a bit cramped. We stayed for one night. For more nights I would not book it.

The hotel was very compact and convenient for the park facilities, and the patio and baloney area were great, but the stairs were steep and the bedrooms were small.

“Good basic cabin accommodation on a caravan site convenient for Ribe”

Our cabin was small but on a well‑managed site mainly for caravans and motor homes, a short distance from the historic town centre of Ribe. The site was pretty full yet very quiet in the evenings and at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the usual modern caravan site facilities were available. A kettle and fridge were provided in the cabin, which was clean and comfortably furnished. The room was quite small, had no running water, and was about 100 metres from the toilet/kitchen block – luckily the weather was dry so this was less of an issue than it might have been.
