We loved the dinner on our arrival day. The double room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel’s façade looks worn, it’s a very large hotel and the facilities overall are clean and practical. The breakfast was varied and pleasant. I recommend it.

I liked the free shuttle to the airport. It takes 15 minutes, departing every hour.

We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the large and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. We felt uncomfortable staying there because we saw a Palestinian flag at the reception desk, which scared my children and made us uneasy; I’m glad we stayed only one night. It’s hard to imagine a global chain like Hilton taking a political stance. A network of this size should show zero tolerance for political displays in the hotel’s public space. We won’t return to this hotel.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, from reception to room service. I was very satisfied with the services, including the option to dine in the hotel (excellent quality). One of the few hotels with free parking and a free shuttle to Malpensa, which was unexpected and much appreciated.
