The staff were great, always going out of their way to meet our needs. Be ready for flies in Kintamani; that’s a town issue, not the hotel’s fault. Mornings and evenings can be cold, so bring a hoodie.

The property’s location is amazing, the rooms are perfect and cozy, and the view is also stunning. Eric and Adi were very accommodating and welcoming, making this our best stay in Bali. Nothing negative.

The villa was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view was magnificent and the grounds immaculate. Manager Adi was extremely helpful, checking in via WhatsApp regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and offering to drive us to and from the restaurant in the evening. He even offered to take us to the hot springs the next morning, but we chose biking instead, got lost, and were late for check‑out, which was no problem for Adi. The free breakfast was a nice touch and actually very tasty, making the stay excellent value for money. The only drawback was that the curtain partially blocked the sunrise view from the bed over Batur, but that’s a minor gripe.
“Noisy but sweet”
The room was lovely, and staff member Arti was very helpful, even arranging our sunrise jeep tour of Mt. Batur with an excellent driver. The drive‑in is a bit of an adventure; our little Jimmy Jeep needed two attempts to climb the hill, so use the shuttle. The neighboring property’s pool, view, and restaurant were excellent. I got a bit scared when the owners’ dogs greeted me, though they were friendly. Unfortunately, I could hear every noise from the room next door even though the rooms don’t share walls; I had to ask the neighbors to be quiet, but it doesn’t help if you can’t even hear them pass wind.
