“Beautiful property, even better staff”

I loved how spacious my room was. The stay was so nice, and the staff were so helpful. They called restaurants for us and held our room when we weren’t sure about our flight. This was supposed to be an affordable hotel where we could rest before our flight, but we ended up loving it so much that we stayed longer.

“Boksburg hotel is ascam”

I paid for a family room, yet they handed me a small one that felt cheaper than what I’d paid for, and the Wi‑Fi never worked; they kept saying it was being fixed until I checked out.

“It was not bad but would not stay here again”

The place is well‑located for airport access, and the staff were friendly enough to bring us dinner even though the restaurant was closed; however, the rooms looked so outdated that they were almost interesting in a bad way.
