Nothing positive to note. The curtains were filthy, the yellow blanket was dirty, breakfast was a mess, everything was missing, the kitchen was overwhelmed by the crowd.

The location and value for money were good, but breakfast had no tables set up and was simply disappointing.

The location was convenient, yet I disliked the service, the food was past its expiration date and they didn’t replenish breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were told full board covered all drinks, but at checkout the lady said she “got confused.” The reception area looks nice, but the hotel interior is old, and the pool never had the heater on.

Excelente localização. Equipe muito dedicada e atenciosa; foi um diferencial. O hotel precisa de reformas urgentes. Muitos pontos deteriorados nas áreas sociais e no quarto. Pintura descascando; cobertura da piscina interna com forte corrosão; aquecedor da piscina interna com defeito; móveis do quarto quebrados
