They really try hard and the staff are helpful. The room service took ages; I had to ring twice to ask where my meal was. I ordered the same dishes every night, but they arrived tasting different each time and in different sizes. Housekeeping was also slow, so I eventually went down and got my own towels.

Parents enjoyed the service and the customer care. One of the days in between was Raksha Bandhan and on that day almost no staff were available.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great central location to all of Delhi. The reception staff, Somvir, was also very helpful and polite!
