It’s within easy reach of the train station and tram stop once you find the shortcuts. The neighbourhood was quiet even though we were there over a weekend. Breakfast was good. The stairs from the street into reception were a bit awkward but there’s a good railing and a lift inside. I suspect many hotels have either stairs up or down to gain entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The little sitting area was pleasant and you could make a drink at any time and buy snacks. The room was a bit awkward; I was glad we only had two carry‑on suitcases but liked the fact there were pegs for coats. The mattress topper tended to shift off the bed.
