“A good stay overall on good location but bad facilities and wrong advertisement on Baby Cot.”

The Hotel staff were excellent, and the service provided was excellent. The hotel is close to Sai Mandir and temple pickup-drop service was also excellent. The room was clean overall and restaurant is good for some dishes and average for some dishes:. The Hotel mentioned that they provide a baby cot , a request was made post-booking and it was also approved. But when we asked for one after check-in, they told it’s not available. It was wrongly advertised and we struggled to make our baby sleep as we were not prepared. The Room was very clean but, 1. There was a smell coming from Toilet which is not very extreme but definitely noticeable. 2. The placement of health faucet is in such a way that it cant be used at all. Apart from these rest all was very good

Lunch was very good, and everyone from reception to drivers to wait staff was excellent. The mattresses are very old and use spring coils, which isn’t typical for an upscale place; memory foam with toppers is the norm and my back still hurts.

The room was clean. The staff listened patiently to all my questions and answered them. Check‑out is at 11 am, but my flight wasn’t until 4 pm; they kindly offered a late checkout until 1:30 pm so I didn’t have to rush with my luggage. The property is very clean and sits right between the Temple and Sai Teerth. The bidet sprayer was on our left and the pipe was very short, which is a problem for elderly guests; I’d recommend fixing that.

It’s a clean spot with good food and staff who are polite and helpful.
