“Something has changed…this visit disappointing”

I visit this area 2‑4 days a month and usually stay here when my preferred Airbnb is booked. The location is excellent and the staff are very welcoming; I’ve stayed 3‑4 times before. On my last visit the first room had an HVAC problem, but the manager on duty was very helpful and moved me to another room quickly. I noticed the outdoor grounds were better maintained than in past stays, yet the fridge was noisy and supplies like coffee and towels were scarce. I was disappointed because everything had been great before; something seems to have changed, and I’m unsure if I’ll return.

“The stay was brief so we did not have a bad experience. Just make some minor changes”

We stopped to sleep so we were not there very long. The room was clean. The room we booked (with 2 beds) ac did not work when we got there the receptionist moved us to another room (with 1 bed) and stayed to make sure the ac worked so that was very nice. after the ac in the first room did not work and we were moved to the next room there was a family with kids that was walking around outside banging on the windows I informed the receptionists of this. Then running up and down the hallways at 9 oclock at night. I wish that the hotel had quiet hours

There was no chair to sit on, possibly because the room was designated for handicapped guests.

“Nice hotel- confusion with third party booking.”

Getting there was easy and the staff were very pleasant. However, the hotel and Booking didn’t share accurate information: they had no record of my payment and asked me to pay again, but I could show proof and they eventually agreed. I booked an accessible room but none were available, and the rooms we received each had a single bed instead of the promised two double beds. The beds were cramped and uncomfortable. I don’t know whether this was a hotel issue or a Booking mistake; I’ve used Booking for years and this hasn’t happened before.

“Not the best looking hotel but the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good”

The location is great for shopping and restaurants. The building needs a serious remodel—carpet, paint, and elevator floors all look worn.
