La ubicación. La cercanía a la estación del metro y la buena comunicación en Bus y tranvía. Restaurantes cercanos asequibles y supermercado 24 h. en frente con buenos precios. Que no tuve tiempo de disfrutar de todos los servicios, como gimnasio, piscina o salón de juegos. Pero eso fue por la escasez de tiempo
