I loved the beds, the bathrooms, and especially the staff; Elsa kindly assisted with my itinerary, and I had no complaints—just a one‑day stay.

1. Location – best; 2. Breakfast – best (I had rice noodles); 3. Cleanliness – they cleaned often, it was clean; 4. Noise – on Friday and Saturday nights it was a bit loud, but not enough to bother me; 5. Price – satisfactory; 6. Staff – very friendly; 7. Revisit – 100 % chance if I go to Hanoi. none.

Free breakfast, clean and tidy, Wi‑Fi, good bathroom and shower facilities, convenient location, elevators up and down, and a top‑floor balcony where you can watch sunrise and sunset—everything was just perfect.
