“Perturbant”
The location was good, but the reception staff made us feel ridiculed when we reported losing 2000 dalasi in our room, and no helpful solution was offered. They laughed at us as if our claim was a lie. Additionally, there was confusion about the room access. The cleaning crew was present the day the money disappeared, and after we left, the same cleaner returned to the room for no reason. When we reported the theft, we had set “Do Not Disturb”, yet the next day we found the room had been cleaned again. We told reception, but they said nothing and even called us “complicated”. We left without any apology. The staff that day were awful, except for one person. The room and bathroom cleanliness were also lacking.
