Our stay met our expectations, and the staff member Aglaís exceeded what we anticipated. She was very attentive and friendly, making our Ilha Grande experience comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, the common areas and accommodations were super clean, and the location was ideal—close to everything, but still far enough that you can sleep at night.

The location is close to the center and the beach; breakfast is simple and tasty, staff are attentive, and the entrance and exit are easy. The minibar cools very well, so if you want to buy a drink it’s worth it. We felt at home and the experience was great. The room facing the street is very noisy—people shouting, passing by with music on—so if you stay there, bring earplugs.

The manager’s welcome was very kind, the breakfast fresh, hearty, and homemade, the bed and pillows comfortable, hot water in the shower, and toiletries provided; however, the noise from room 2 on the floor just above the entrance and facing the street was loud with people coming and going at all hours, so I scored it 8.0/10.
