The location was fine, but the heater was broken and the owner didn’t mention it at check‑in. At about 12:30 am I was shivering, asked him and he said it wasn’t working, offering extra blankets instead. The temperature dropped to 6 °, and without heat I got a cold and a headache the next day. Maybe I’m Asian, but the owner didn’t bother to inform me.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, yet the TV is awkwardly placed and there aren’t enough power outlets. A tea/coffee maker would be nice, but otherwise it’s fine.

A lovely stay—Serbian family were very nice ☺️. I found the place very peaceful and quiet; no complaints.

The location and friendly owner/manager were positives, but the rooms are outdated with old furniture. The bed is uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. Noise from upstairs and the stairwell persisted until late at night. The cold water tap in the toilet was broken, but the manager supplied bottled water. Adding a hand napkin and clothes hangers would help. Mobile signal is poor, so you’re forced to use the hotel Wi‑Fi, whose access details are only given if you ask.
