⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Hotel Gibbs! We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Gibbs Downtown Riverwalk while in San Antonio for Premiere San Antonio. The location was perfect—convenient to the River Walk and everything we wanted to do downtown. The hotel has so much charm and character, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I especially want to recognize the wonderful woman working the front desk in the evening. She was absolutely incredible! She was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. She also recommended Pizza Classics to us, and she was spot-on—it was delicious! Her kindness and hospitality were definitely a highlight of our stay and exactly the kind of service you remember after a trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose Hotel Gibbs again the next time we’re in San Antonio. Wonderful location, great atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality! Highly recommend!. The AC unit in room 706 has a very loud noise when it first kicks on. Needs some minor repair. I tried to upload a video, but it will not let me

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were so kind, the valle guys were great, and the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I loved how affordable it was and will stay again. The bedroom part was warmer than the couch area for the air conditioner, and there was no microwave in the room. At breakfast there was no option of turkey sausage or turkey bacon, and I can’t eat pork, so please offer turkey bacon/sausage if you can. I do plan to come stay again.

Its a great location and very nice aesthetic inside. Cool amenities offered. Nice staff overall. Room wasn’t as clean as it was for us last time. There were tons of flying bugs in the shower, they were just more so of a nuisance, but the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we found a couple of dusty spots that looked like they haven’t been touched in awhile, wasn’t a huge deal but it made us uncomfortable in just thinking what else wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Valet which I gathered is through a 3rd party company not affiliated with the hotel, seemed to have tension with hotel staff, which made it awkward for us. They weren’t the friendliness and even though we accept they’re not affiliated with the hotel, it still effected our experience
