The apartment is super nice, located on a quiet side street of the boulevard where everything you need—restaurants, cafés, supermarkets—is right behind the beach. The only flaw (for us with a small child) is that as soon as you enter the bathroom, the bright light and relatively loud ventilation turn on. I have to leave the room several times at night, and the child and mother wake up every time.

The accommodation has everything needed for a peaceful few days near the Durazzo waterfront. The room is tiny but well arranged, and the bathroom is comfortable and clean. There’s a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a corner to relax and eat. We found everything very tidy and clean, and the proximity to the waterfront area is excellent for those who want to spend the day at the sea or a stroll in the evening.

The owner was immediately very kind and helpful, contacting us via WhatsApp for all information and questions. When we booked, we said our arrival time would be 23:00, but we actually arrived in Durazzo at 18:00. The host was very nice because he refused to make us wait on the street all that time and instead gave us another room, an apartment with a sea view, while keeping the original price unchanged, even though the sea‑view apartment cost more. The room was obviously beautiful! Thanks especially to the owner, a friendly, very available, cordial and pleasant guy who makes you feel truly welcomed! Absolutely nothing negative, everything was fantastic!

The air conditioning and location are good. There was no assigned parking spot for the duration of the stay, which meant searching for a place and losing time, and the room was different from the photo. There was no duvet, only a sheet, which is a very poor solution.

Everything turned out better than expected, especially the air conditioning that felt like a lifesaver in the heat, and there were plenty of great restaurants to try.
