The staff were very polite and helpful and did their best to assist with anything I needed, but there was a lot of unfinished work in the room, the bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean, the Wi‑Fi was very bad—my phone with slow internet was faster than the Wi‑Fi—and the bar on the first floor was messy and felt unsafe when going up and down the building; the stairs were very poorly structured and there were no lifts.

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the photos of the rooms were fake, there was no card payment option, and overall it was a horrible stay.

The location was fantastic, but the room condition was poor with torn bedsheets, no towels, toiletries in the washroom, and despite the Pay at Property option they asked for advance payment for the booking; the room positioning was absolutely the worst and the staff behaved unprofessionally.

The staff were helpful, offering me a charger and a fast charger when my UK charger failed, and they assisted with the TV, but the Wi‑Fi was awful—being a tourist without a SIM card, I rely on Wi‑Fi, and the poor connection made everything frustrating; fixing the Wi‑Fi would make the stay amazing.
