There’s a large parking lot and the kitchen is fantastic. The mattresses on the beds aren’t very comfortable, subjectively.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is good. Celebrations were happening during the war.

The hotel‑restaurant is located just off the Lviv exit on the road to the border, convenient for those heading further into Poland; we stayed one night and everything was great, the food at the restaurant was tasty. The restaurant is on the first floor, and at that time there was some sort of celebration that brought noise and music late into the night; after the event, they set up tables and chairs, creating such a clatter that sleeping was impossible.

The location is convenient, the place is clean, and the food is tasty. Behind the windows is the house of a gypsy baron, so they sometimes throw parties and karaoke to Russian chanson until the morning; we were unlucky on the first night because from 00:15 until dawn we had to endure the noise outside our room. The administrator called the police at my request, they arrived but did nothing, saying it was private property, so keep that in mind when staying in Warsaw. We had a small child and chose this hotel because it’s close to friends’ accommodation; we booked a child’s bed in advance, but it arrived broken, with a dent in one spot that couldn’t be repaired, and they promised to replace it but never did. During large banquets, you can wait a long time for a waiter, they don’t hurry to serve or bring dishes; my child was hungry, so I had to go out and call the waiter myself because no one approached us, even though we asked if we could eat, they offered us a table outside. Also, the banquet music can be heard in the third‑floor room, which is again inconvenient with a child, but compared to the gypsy concert, it’s a minor issue.

The location is good with ample parking and the hallway and corridor decor is decent. The reception girls are friendly. That's about it for the positives. The room itself is awful: something rattle under the carpet, which is full of stains and cigarette holes. The mattress is terrible and the plumbing feels exhausted. There's a hole in the balcony door (luckily I was there in summer, not winter). Some odd smell—maybe from previous guests or household chemicals. Breakfast is also mediocre with unappetizing and stale bread. I hope someone notices the negative comments and does some repairs because the hotel has potential.
