The room was spotless, well organized, and the breakfast was great, but the bed felt hard and uncomfortable.
“Excelente”
Everything was very good, but the organization and cleanliness could use improvement.
“Conforto, qualidade, respeito ao cliente e um café da manhã maravilhoso, o melhor hotel da região.”
The location was beautiful, with a gym, bar, restaurant, and an excellent breakfast; everything else was fine.
“Foi aconchegante e deu pra descansar bem”
The room was spacious, with good temperature control and nice décor, yet the stairs lacked a rail, only a glass that didn’t give a sense of safety.
“Melhor da cidade, mas preço exagerado.”
The bed was comfortable, the setting was clean and tidy, and there were handy items like a hair dryer on the mirror, cabinets, and a desk; the electronic key card security worked well, and the breakfast offered good choices. However, some items needed maintenance: cracks and broken floor tiles, a shower with an uneven jet (clogged holes), a loose toilet lid, and on the first day the eggs at breakfast had a bad odor.
