Everything was great—nice area, cozy room, tasty and varied food, and it was a pleasure to meet a Ukrainian staff member! The only downside was the loud music from the neighboring hotel in the evenings, so we had to close the windows.

We stayed only 4 days but would have happily extended our stay if time allowed. We loved Paloma Orenda: food was delicious, many options, freshly cooked fish that you could order at the cold bar, a huge buffet, and special restaurants available once every 7 days. The hotel was not crowded, so we could dine at the Mediterranean cuisine restaurant one night, and it was excellent. The beach had a short 1‑meter stretch of small stones, but otherwise soft sand. The biggest surprise was learning that Palomaqua water park is exclusive to hotel guests; we visited right after opening, had the place to ourselves for 20 minutes before a few more guests arrived, and even then it was only about 10% full, so all slides were immediately accessible with no queues. Definitely want to return.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant Quentine was the highlight of the resort. We had a stroller and our room was on the second floor; unfortunately there was no elevator, so we had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs multiple times a day.
