“Zimmer hat für meinen Ein-Tagesaufenthalt (Übernachtung) seinen Zweck erfüllt”

Quiet, easy to reach, parking in front of the house. The bed was okay, I slept well. The stay was hassle‑free. The key hand‑over worked fine. The shower was comfortable. The room is a converted basement (lower ground floor) with three windows, so plenty of light, and it’s ‘crazy’ decorated but everything is fine. No Wi‑Fi. Maybe I could have used the host’s Wi‑Fi, but there was only a fleeting connection. The toilet was in the hallway, which was fine for me. The tap in the sink barely produced water, making brushing teeth uncomfortable. The room had a built‑in shower but no sink. When arriving I had to search for the room. After the key was left, there was basically no contact with the host.

Good location. Ideal for a night’s stay, everything was clean. The downside is the room is in the basement, so it’s cold, but there is heating and a direct‑heat that warms the room nicely.

“Zimmer zum Übernachten völlig in Ordnung”

The room matched the description and was fine for sleeping; it stayed warm throughout. The shower towels smelled very musty and felt hard, and some of the blinds were broken or let light through. The price for just a single bedroom felt a bit high.

“Niemals wieder - die miserabelste Unterkunft jemals”

The first moment you step inside the property gives a slightly unsettling vibe. The decor feels a bit kitschy, which is a matter of taste, but there’s a noticeably sour smell that makes it feel like the place prioritizes quick turnover over quality. The shower looks unkempt and shows clear signs of previous guests, which I’ll skip describing. There’s no toilet or sink in the room. If you don’t care much about cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort, you might still find it acceptable.

“Stinkendes Kellerzimmer ohne WC und Waschbecken zu unverschämten Preis”

The place is offered at outrageously high prices. We paid over 300€ for the room—there was no other option available. The room has no sink or toilet, and the sink in the hallway toilet can’t even be used because there’s no water pressure, as the photo shows. The whole place reeks of damp basement and feels messy and haphazard. The owner is unreachable and doesn’t return calls; you only get information on where the key is and how to enter the building, but no answers to questions. I would never book this again; it’s truly disgusting. The room looks like a cheap brothel; a red fluorescent tube hangs over the bed and the headboard is something you really don’t want to touch—never again!
