The property is very nice, clean and fresh. The children center is amazing and our child loved it. There are a list of activities for kids, the separate gaming room is very nice and the outdoor area as well. Restaurant is clean and well maintained and the food is simply amazing, fresh, delicious and variety is awesome every morning and evening. The pools are very clean and the hot one in the SPA is very relaxing. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, the person on the lobby bar was great, the staff in the restaurant were always there, and the housekeepers are amazing, gentle and polite. The room was a bit dark, there was supposed to be daylight but in bad days you need to turn on the lights and they are not very bright. The yellow light was not of our likes. Another thing is the safe - there is a message that hotel bears no responsibility for unattended items, but the safe is so small, you cannot put laptop or 3,4 things. Maybe phone, sunglasses and wallet. One small note to technicians and housekeepers, they can sometimes be loud and it can be though when kids are sleeping. Lastly, prices of alcohol are a bit too much. A cola 330 ml, cannot be 4.5 EUR, sorry
