Very good communication with the owners, parking available on the property, a quiet and peaceful spot, close to restaurants, and easy access to the beach entrance.

The room was clean and the location great—near the sea and downtown. The big downside was the bed: the wooden frame was poorly assembled, with two boards on one side sagging because they were screwed in crooked, causing the mattress to lie at an angle and back pain for four days. The room itself was small and somewhat claustrophobic, especially for longer stays. On the plus side, the shower was relatively modern and large, more comfortable than expected for the room size. The TV was very basic—no Smart TV, just a few channels and no extra features. Parking was a big plus: a large free lot on the yard that fits several cars, but the entrance has a steep drop; a second car with lowered suspension might not fit and could hit the bumper or chassis. Overall, the place was clean, the location a definite plus, and the accommodation was okay—fixing the bed would raise the rating.
