It’s a new and nice hotel, everything’s brand new, the finish quality is solid, and the bathroom is great with good quality items. I recommend it. Because it’s so close to a main avenue, there’s a lot of noise at night; it depends on the room, but in mine I could hear trucks and loud exhausts, which is unavoidable but part of the location. The bed is a double mattress and very firm. The showers are new and I liked them, but the pressure is low. A simple coffee maker for all guests at reception would be nice.

“HORRIBLE”

The location was good, but I ran into three problems during my stay. First, I booked a room to attend a wedding and asked before arriving if there was a refrigerator available to cool some fruit; they said there was a space but never mentioned that the fridge was in another rental property and it didn’t work, so I lost some fruit. Second, on the wedding day I was late because I had to rush back after buying the spoiled fruit, and when I tried to take a shower the water was extremely cold because the boiler hadn’t been turned on, forcing me to use another room. Third, on Sunday at 6 am a person was shouting and banging on the door for almost half an hour and no one came to help. The place is pretty and overall a decent spot, but the service is lacking; it needs a more serious, committed manager.

“Buena.”

The location is great, it’s very minimalist and I think there could be a bit more in-room amenities like a personal storage piece. The pillows are very worn out, no longer comfortable, and there’s no air conditioning.

The place is quiet, well‑located, and clean, but the room was smaller than the others, the Wi‑Fi was unstable, and there were spiders.
