The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful, and its location right near downtown was perfect; we especially appreciated the cheese samples left in the room instead of chocolates, since we were in Zamora during the annual cheese festival. We tried to extend our stay, but the hotel was already full, our fault.

The service and location were great, but the shower water was not hot enough and the pressure was weak.
