“Never again. Avoid at all costs.”

I didn’t actually stay in the tent berbere; I was moved to a tiny cupboard‑style room that was filthy. I could have managed, but the rude and aggressive management ruined everything. Avoid it. It’s a shame because the young boy working there was nice. The manager was confrontational, booked a private party during my prepaid stay, and told me to leave. When I questioned him, he got hostile, rude, and basically said I was on my own. When I told him I’d report him, he became verbally abusive.

It was a scam. The tent they promised was completely different from the photos in the listing (see photos). No air conditioning and no private bathroom as advertised. When I asked staff where the private bathroom was, they showed me a dirty communal bathroom with toilet paper on the floor. They confirmed the tent had no AC and couldn’t even be closed. A dog ran around the property and urinated at the tent entrance. The tent had holes; it would have rained inside. After insisting, they finally gave us a room with a private bathroom, but we had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned. It was still not very clean and the beds were separate. We settled because we had no time to find another place, but the experience was definitely awful. As shown in the photos I attached earlier, there was indeed a spot for a tent with a private bathroom, which apparently was removed and replaced with something else. Disappointed and tricked, highly not recommended.

“Had a fantastic stay”

The tent was very cozy and spacious. The garden was beautiful and the pool fantastic. It’s only a couple of minutes by bike from the busy city centre, so it’s a great escape from the crowds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The local breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

“INCREÍBLE 😊”

The staff, including Lhoussain and his colleague, were very kind and attended to all our needs. They’re amazing :) The breakfast is spectacular, cooked wonderfully. The food offered by the hotel is incredible, typical Moroccan and very cheap. Everyone is friendly and charming. They have free‑roaming animals like cats, chickens, and peacocks that add a lot of magic to the atmosphere. We’ll definitely return 100% and highly recommend 😊

We appreciated Nabil’s kindness and availability. It’s a shame we always had to ask for fresh towels for the shower. We were in a Berber tent, which lacks lighting for that type of accommodation. Luckily Nabil lent us a battery‑powered bulb that we used outdoors. The location is ideal for visiting Marrakech—6 km away, easy by taxi—and the setting is perfect for a little haven of peace near the centre.
