They go out of their way to serve food that isn’t on the menu; the service is great and the staff are courteous. I didn’t encounter any negatives.

Breakfast was good, and there was nothing to complain about. Although it’s not easy to reach the location, all the facilities were excellent.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it was marred by a few issues. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a helping hand, which made up for some of the problems. However, the lack of an early dinner option was a bit of a letdown - I'm not a fan of eating a big meal on an empty stomach, and 8pm was a bit too late for me.
