The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower. The location is close to bus stops, including one to Mondello. The owner was helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. The contactless check‑in was a bit inconvenient—I’d prefer to meet someone on site. Breakfast isn’t on the premises, but it was acceptable; you get a pastry and coffee at a café five minutes away. Leaving cash for the city tax at checkout would be easier if it were included in the price.

They made it very easy for us to settle in, the place was pretty and in a good area. The entrance looked a little rough, but the room itself was beautiful.

A historic house with three rooms, carefully decorated and clean. The host was very helpful, giving all the necessary information via WhatsApp. The only downside was that my room had an external bathroom, which wasn’t clear in the listing.

The location is good. I don’t understand the positive reviews for this place. The person might be friendly or not; everything was handled over WhatsApp, no physical contact. Access to the accommodation is unnecessarily difficult (narrow passage, three different codes to enter the room); a simple card or key would be much simpler. The biggest issue: they advertise a full buffet lunch, but when you arrive you’re told to go to a bar where you can only get a coffee and a pastry, with limited hours. That feels like a big scam. The room isn’t terrible, but the equipment was dirty and there was no housekeeping service during the week. Soundproofing is non‑existent; you hear everything. Leave it.

The air‑conditioned room was comfortable and well‑located. The host was very responsive and friendly. Breakfast was very, very good. The shower tray leaked slightly and the bed creaked a bit.
