“Not value for money. Really disappointing.”
The location is quite central, but the water is brown all year round despite endless promises of treatment. How can it be so hard to provide decent water in a hotel with rooms priced over N220k per night? If the hotel took customer health and safety more seriously, they would have fixed this. This is a huge health hazard and very disappointing for a 4‑star brand. I often had to buy pure water sachets for bathing, and I couldn’t risk eating from their restaurant because of the water quality. This is a basic element of hospitality. Golden Tulip in other locations like Lekki is good, but Oniru is a real health risk that should be avoided. Check their water today (Nov 13) and see how brown it is.
