The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, but breakfast felt a bit pricey and the pool access fee seemed steep.

The night breeze felt refreshing, but the infinity pool was always packed with people so we could hardly swim, the 60 000‑won breakfast and fitness access felt overpriced and the food wasn’t tasty, the promised room upgrade turned into a smaller semi‑ocean‑view room which was disappointing, and there were no appealing programs or linked experiences to make us feel we were actually in Namhae, leaving the whole trip feeling boring, overpriced and lacking anything to do.

Modern with convenience store and bakery. Lovely gardens and beautiful pools. Nuce bar with snacks which are enough for a meal. Beautiful views. Good sauna included with pool payment. It was very expensive and then we had to pay a lot extra to use the pool. This was a rip off. Even paying for 2 people to use the pool you only get one sunbed and towel so you pay extra for another. You can’t leave for more than 30 minutes or you lose the access. There’s no refund if it rains. The 2 bed suite was nice but very little storage space and only a low table with 2 mats to sit on floor for 5 people. Balcony but no table or chairs

The water‑play facilities were nice, but the rooms were so cramped that the value was very low.

The villa was spotless and the bedding was just right, giving me a comfortable night’s sleep, and the staff were generally friendly. However, when I tried to take the stroller up to the third‑floor shop and bakery, the elevator was reserved for guests staying in rooms, so I had to get a staff member to issue an elevator tag. I mentioned this inconvenience to an employee, but they simply went back to their duties without any response, which left me wishing for at least an acknowledgement. Also, the trash cans in the villa were too small for diapers and fruit waste, causing unpleasant smells, and I had to pay extra to use the sink area in the main building. Apart from the sink issue, the drawbacks outweighed the positives, and staying in the main hotel would have been better.
