The location is spot on, but the breakfast was a letdown. I was expecting a bit more from the hotel, especially considering the price. Overall, it's an okay place to stay, but they could definitely improve on the food front.

I was really disappointed with the way the staff handled the late checkout fee - we left at 11:55 AM and got charged 500 rupees for 55 minutes, which seemed steep. To make matters worse, they told me there was no free breakfast included with my stay, even though it said it was complimentary when I booked. The staff were pretty rude about it too, just saying it was hotel policy.

Honestly, I'd give this place a negative rating if I could. It was hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at - nothing about it was redeeming.

I had a confirmed booking, but somehow they couldn't accommodate me, and I ended up roaming around till 11 pm looking for a place to stay.
