The rooms were spacious, but there was no lunch or dinner service, no housekeeping came, and the cable was missing, so I gave it 7.0/10.

Only the cleanliness stood out, and the washrooms were okay, yet the complimentary breakfast was awful; I had to get food elsewhere, the washroom could be cleaner, services required a call for extras and I was charged for what should have been free water, so I rated it 5.0/10.
