We booked saying we had a 17‑year‑old son, yet we ended up in a cramped room without a bar, and the cleaning was awful. Breakfast was terrible—only a brioche and a cappuccino, and my wife, who doesn’t eat sweets, had no alternative, so she never ate the brioche. I asked for a juice once and was charged 2,50; we saw a sfogliatella that day and wanted it, but we were told no. Overall a horrible experience.

The location is super close to the center, the excavations, and the Vesuviana for going to Naples instead of Sorrento. The welcome was good, but I can’t hide that the overall cleaning left a lot to be desired: the paths around the house were very dirty and you risk stepping on insects, animals, or fallen fruit. Even the room cleaning felt more like tidying up than a proper clean. The triple room assigned to me was actually a double with a third bed, which was uncomfortable and placed at the foot of the bed. I’m sorry, but I won’t return to this place.

The location and facilities were great, but unfortunately there was no Wi‑Fi and no small fridge.
