The room was clean and the amenities were extremely well stocked, but the shower—especially the hot water—had weak pressure and didn't warm my body. I struggled because the staff didn't speak English, though a Mongolian interpreter helped solve the problem, and the checkout process took a bit longer than expected.

The staff were incredibly kind. I arrived by night train at 8:30 am and they checked me in right away and told me to rest. They looked up bus and taxi tickets for the next day, even drove me to the terminal, explained how to take a taxi and the cost, and when I said I wanted to go downtown they gave me a ride there. Thank you for taking such warm care of a stranger in a foreign land; it lifted my fatigue. I was moved and now feel even more grateful toward Mongolia. No negatives at all.
