The place sits at the end of the track with its own small beach beside the ocean and estuary, but the room was small, had no wardrobe or cupboard for clothes, and while it was clean, bugs kept appearing.

The spot is ideally positioned by the sea and at the end of the river so you can see fishing boats pass, in a lovely village where you can eat cheaply; if the small beach isn’t very clean, you can swim at Palm Beach, 500 m away, or walk to the beautiful Lonely Beach, 3.7 km away, and the waterfall is also easily reachable on foot, 2.5 km; the reception is very pleasant and the pier restaurant offers a great sea view—what a find. However, you have to ask for the room to be cleaned regularly, the bin emptied, and towels and sheets changed during a long stay; the chairs on the terrace are too small and uncomfortable.

The place is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature, right by the water, and we loved the sea view from the room and especially from the balcony, perfect for coffee. The room matched the pictures exactly, so there were no surprises. As Europeans, we appreciated the air conditioning and were grateful for it. The bed is large enough for two 180 cm people, and the firm mattresses were a big plus because we both have back problems and slept well. The family running the place is kind and clearly works hard to keep everything clean, natural, and comfortable. The restaurant offers tasty vegetarian dishes, scooter rentals are very reasonably priced, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. We really enjoyed our stay. A squeegee in the bathroom would help remove water from the pipes so you don’t always step in wet feet.

The place was clean, the bed and shower were good, and the air conditioning worked. The price was reasonable and it sits in a small village away from resort crowds. The Wi‑Fi, however, only lasted about 10 seconds before it stopped working.
