Only hotel in the town. The hot tub was warm bath water; I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub, but when it’s hotter…

The pool was closed and they didn't give me a refund.

The breakfast was awful with stale bagels and a broken waffle maker, the heater was so loud it rattled the whole family, and the pool was empty and we weren't told about it; we only booked for the pool.
