The room and the hotel overall were clean, and I thank all the staff; from the room you can see the garden and Lake Sabanja from a distance, the Wi‑Fi is excellent, the hotel is not far from Lake Sabanja and Kartaba, and there is the Gate 41 restaurant complex. The road to the hotel is not good, there are no supermarkets, restaurants or coffee shops close to the hotel, and breakfast is repetitive every day and not as varied as in other hotels.

I booked the family suite (apartment), the largest room they have; honestly its space is huge and great, with new furnishings, the biggest balcony with excellent views, and the air conditioning is fine except in the main bedroom where the size means it doesn’t cool quickly but the unit is okay. The bathroom chair was not clean when I first received the apartment, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were also dirty, giving me a bad first impression; I spoke to them directly, they cleaned and changed the linens, and things improved afterward.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff are helpful and welcoming; if you have a car, bring it, don’t hesitate—its location is on a high spot with no nearby services, so you’ll need a car, which is useful for those with children.

The hotel sits in a beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by nature; the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and breakfast, though the staff were polite, the service was average, and could have been more attentive.
